Victoria A. Thomas’ litigation practice focuses on motor vehicle liability, premises liability and construction defect litigation. She understands the complexities of the legal system and is dedicated to serving her clients with excellence every step of the way.
Ms. Thomas worked as a paralegal with the Markey Barrrett, PC for three and a half years while she attended law school part-time. During law school, she served on the Editorial Board of the Western New England Law Review as Senior Articles Editor. She received the CALI Award for Torts in 2018, the CALI Award for Contracts in 2020, the CALI Award for Criminal Procedure in 2020, and the CALI Award for Criminal Pre-Trial Practice in 2021. For a year before rejoining Markey Barrett, PC in the fall of 2023, Ms. Thomas managed her own practice focusing on personal injury claims, real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate administration.
