Ms. Modzelewski graduated from WNEU Law with a concentration in Transactional Law.  As a student attorney (under SJC Rule 3.03) in the WNEU Law Small Business Clinic, she drafted contracts, explored options of limited liability companies versus sole proprietorships, and researched trademarks for her clients.  While at WNEU Law, she also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trusts and Estates.  Ms. Modzelewski has a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University where she majored in international affairs and minored in business.  She spent a semester abroad in Spain at Suffolk University’s Madrid Campus.
